• Founded in 1959, Nolte is a German success story and, with a workforce of over 1,100, is the country’s second largest furniture manufacturer, regularly winning industry awards and servicing a worldwide market.
• From humble beginnings in the 1920’s as a self employed producer of polishing discs, Georg Nolte established a flourishing kitchen cabinet business. His son Konrad modernised the family factory in East Westphalia with a revolutionary assembly production line, allowing inventive ranges of precision fitted kitchens to be designed and produced.
• Today Georg Nolte heads the third generation Nolte Group along with daughter Maren, son Georg junior and granddaughter Marlene. This enterprise not only plans ahead in quarters, but also in generations!
